• 

  Step 1

  start with a length of silver chain

  to measure place around neck and cut where you want the butterflies to be placed

• 

  Step 2

  add jump rings to the connector holes

• 

  Step 3

  now cut five different lengths to the chain

  going from smallest to longest

  this will create the dangling bib

• 

  Step 4

  now take the smallest length and place on the inside rings

  now work from the inside out

• 

  Step 5

  until you get this
