First bag/project ever, made for a bridal shower gift. Sewing machine might have driven me a bit mad. Kept poking holes in my fingers with pins. Had to change it in the end to sew a line around the top to connect the lining when I (accidentally) sewed it up before connecting the pieces. Almost ran out of fabric, too, so ended up sewing two pieces of the outside fabric together for the strap.

Thankfully, it ended up looking (if not a little "asymmetrical," as my friend called it) like a bag, with no noticeable holes, and loved by the recipient (and adoring coworkers).
