Buttercream Frosting Dress

Full-skirted, cap-sleeved dress with contrast collar and bow detail
Modified Burda 7232, View B, with cap sleeves from Simplicity 1652. This dress has a swing skirt and a latticed detailing on the back. I opted to use contrasting fabric on the straps and the first "rung" of the lattice, and I also added a self-drafted collar and bow in the contrast. The original pattern called for three buttoned closures, but I used an invisible side zip instead.
