You Will Need
Cookie dough

Butter
1/2 cup
Sugar

Vanilla
1 1/2 cup
Plain Flour
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1/4 tsp
Salt
Brownies
1/3 cup
Plain Flour
1/4 cup
Cocoa
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/8 tsp
Bicarbonate Of Soda
1/4 cup
Butter
Melted
1/4 cup
Sugar
1/4 cup
Brown Sugar
1
Egg
1/2 tsp
Vanilla
Extra
1/2 cup
Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup
Chocolate Spread

Step 1Cookie...
Heat oven 347/175 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add egg & vanilla.

Step 3Add flour, baking powder & salt.
Bring together to form a dough.

Step 4Add chocolate chips. If using.

Step 5Press half of the dough into a tin.

Step 6
Brownies...
Mix flour, cocoa, salt, bicarb, brown sugar & sugar together.

Step 7Melt butter.
Mix in half the flour mixture

Step 8Add egg & vanilla.

Step 9Mix in remaining flour ingredients.

Step 10Pour the brownies on top of the cookie base.

Step 11Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the pie.

Step 12Drizzle the chocolate spread over the brownies.
Bake for 30-35 mins.

Step 13Cut & serve.
