You Will Need

Step 1Blue meth...
Place sugar, syrup & water in a pot.
Heat to dissolve the sugar.
Bring to a boil, heat until 300 degrees. Do not stir!

Step 2Remove from the heat.
Stir in food colour.
Pour into an oiled tray & alow to set.

Step 3Cupcakes...
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 4Add egg one at a time.

Step 5Add vanilla

Step 6Add flour & baking powder.
Fold through.

Step 7Pour into cases.
Bake for 15-18 mins.

Step 8Allow to cool completely.

Step 9Pipe the icing on top of the cupcakes.

Step 10Break up the sugar into small pieces.
-
Step 11Sprinkle on top of the cupcakes.
Serve.
