• 

  Step 1

  (I used wire from paper clip but I recommend you to use wire which is not allergenic !)

• 

  Step 2

  Make an infinity shape double loop using needle nose pliers and bend the rest of the wire perpendicularly (the part which is supposed to be in Your ear ;))

  Step 3

  Tie a big bow from the ribbon (it is easier to tie it ) & make it smaller by tightening it

• 

  Step 4

  Secure it using glue/nail polish/... (in the same colour) from the invisible side. Finally, cut extra ribbon out and polish the ends.

• 

  Step 5

  Wait till the bow is dry.

• 

  Step 6

  Sew the ribbon on the loop & secure the knot using glue again.

• 

  Step 7

  You are done ;)

cute it's also a good idea to file down the ends of the earwires before putting them in your ears, so they don't scratch.
