Bourbon Chicken You can omit the bourbon if you wish.
Sprinkle the chicken with salt & pepper.
Heat oil.
Cook together the garlic, onion, red pepper flakes & chicken.
Mix together honey, Soya sauce & ketchup.
Pour the bourbon over the chicken & cook out for a few mins.
Pour over the chicken.
Simmer until the sauce thickens & the chicken is cooked through.
Serve over rice.
Sprinkle with spring onion.
