Bottled Blue Rainbow Heart Swirl

I'm so happy. I've been trying to make a perfect replica of the "Blue Rainbow Heart Swirl" attack that Sailor Doodle preforms with the eternal wand. The name of the attack is a misnomer, for when this attack is activated a bunch of different blue shaded hearts come forth, and then one big heart slams in to the enemy, its sort of like one of Sailor Moon's attacks, but I forget the name of the attack its based on, I think its "Rainbow moon heart Spiral."
Anyway, this was my second attempt at this project, so taking it apart and reassembling it was very messy work. But I love the results, plus, I'm all sparkly!!!!!!! YaY!
