A boring blouse can be refashioned into something super cute!
I've had this blouse for years and have only worn it maybe twice. After looking around online and doing some sketching, I came up with the idea to change it. I simply removed the collar, cut the sleeves, used them for the ruffles and presto...a new shirt!.
