a friend to remind you where you left off
I hate losing my spot because my book mark falls out and i didnt want to use some ripped up piece of paper. That doesnt look to nice so here is my book friend :)

Step 1
First think up a design for your friend and colour him in. I desided to do black outlines for a more defined look.

I named my book mark friend dip. :D

next you have to cut him out

NOTE: I dont know if it has happened to you but whenever i put a coloured piece of paper in on of my books the colour rubs off and onto my pages. An easy way to solve this from happening is to take a large pice of clear wide tape and stick it to your drawing. This is my was of laminating :D ** if the piece of tape is not big enough you can always line up another piece just dont over lap.
Step 4
if u dont have glue like me tape the paper clip to the back of ur friend. Only pae one half of the paper clip down the other half will make sure he stays in place. Dont fold the tape around to the front bc this wont look good in the end, if the tape hangs over just cut it.
Step 5
the sharp end of the paper clip might in time tear threw your paper if left. a quick fix to this is to wrap a small piece of tape around where the end is exposed.
Step 6
and your done. your friend will keep your spot safe and will be waiting for you the next time you come around to read.
