Birds Nest Cookies

Cookies shaped like bird's nests
Created for a Brown Bag Presentation at Lewis and Clark college.

Instead of egg shaped chocolate, jelly beans were substituted. The batch shown used pretzels instead of stir fry noodles (both equally delicious.)
