Nice & simple bite size scone like cookies.
Makes about 15.
These filling little bites are idea for coffee breaks, playtimes with milk, water or juice & college breaks.

Step 1Turn oven on to pre heat-Gas mark 4.

Step 2Measure out all your ingredients and place in a bowl.

Step 3Mix together.

Step 4Use your hand to need the mixture together until a ball is formed.

Step 5Pull off small amounts of mixture, roll into balls.
Place onto a to a greased tray or baking parchment.

Step 6Cook in the oven for 10 mins or until golden brown.

Step 7Gently press each ball whilst hot to flatten.

Step 8Cool.

Step 9Serve.
