Step 1
Add the flat bead to an eyepin and loop using pliers
Attach to the ring of the Decorated flat chain with a hook at the end
To the lower loop of the flat bead add a crystal or bead using the looping method
To the lower loop of the crystal add a pearl on a head pin and loop. Instead of a pearl you could use Lorreals or seed beads or ghunghroos

You know, once I did karthak dance and I had to wear earrings "jhumka" but then I didn't have my ears pierced so I couldn't wear them so I used it as a mangtika so happy that I don't have to wear earrings on my head now

You just fasten it on top of your head with a bobby pin.
