Step 1Start by cleaning your nails, filing them and pressing down your cuticles.

Step 2Select the correct size of nail wrap for each of your fingers and trim in half.

Step 3One at a time, use a hair dryer to heat the back of each nail wrap before pressing on to your nail. Hold in place for several seconds while applying quite a bit of pressure.

Step 4Use a cuticle pusher to press the edges of the nail wrap down around the nail and heat with the hair dryer for a few more seconds, applying pressure again.

Step 5File down the nail wrap along the top edge of your nail to give a neat edge.

Step 6Continue until you're happy with your manicure!
