Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Add the apples into a dish.

Step 2Add the sugar & cinnamon.
Mix to cover the apples.

Step 3Rub the butter into the flour & sugar mixture.

Step 4Add the butter milk, mix to a dough.

Step 5roll out the dough & cut into circles.

Step 6Place dough circles on top of the apples.

Step 7Bake for 18-20 mins.

Step 8Serve with ice cream or custard.
