You Will Need

Step 1take two tissue paper rolls

Step 2join them together using hot glue

Step 3add tape to make it stronger

Step 4then cut out this kinda shape of card board so that u can hang the bag...then colour it and

Step 5cut out a card board in the shape of an angels wing and colour it then stick the tissue paper roll, so that you can hang your bag......in the middle of the card board ........then decorate it........
