To make this it is best to use paper or ribbon with wire in it because it holds the fold better. you start by folding the ribbon 1/4 inch folds or a bit less... you want to have enough folds to make the dress cut then make another for the wings. Glue together the wings to the body. glue a bead for the head with a gold pipe cleaner. place a heart in front and a hanger on the top...ta da....I saw this on pinterest but never pinned it....so let me be clear it was not my idea but I have seen it on other sites too.
