Anatomical hearts!!
I used a piece of plastic to protect the picture after glueing it on fimo. Around it is a lace 'frame' and on the top is a ring to attach the string.

Hotglue for the lace on the pic ;) also covered the pic with plastic which was glued with normal craft glue
