Great way to use candy wrappers!!
Made with left over candy wrappers. All you need to do is tear and Mod Podge them over the top and inside. Add a lil Hello Kitty sugar skull decal, beads and a ribbon bow and there you have it. Lined in felt. Easy peasy!
