Step 1
Heat oven 160 degrees.

Mix sugars & butter together.
Step 2
Add egg & yolk.

Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add vanilla.

Mix through.
Step 4
Add flour & Bicarb.

Mix through.
Step 5
Add chocolate chips .

Stir through.
Step 6
Spoon onto a tray.

Flatten down a little.
Step 7
Bake for 10-13 mins.

Until golden brown.

Serve.
