• 

  Step 1

  Gather your materials.

• 

  Step 2

  Bend your cord like so, then trim the threat to be the same length as the first tail.

• 

  Step 3

  Do the same to another piece of cord, preferably the same length

• 

  Step 4

  The pull the cord through the charm like so:

• 

  Step 5

  Then take the end of the cord and pull it through the “loop”

• 

  Step 6

  Do steps 4 and 5 again with the other cord

• 

  Step 7

  Make a knot on one side but DON’T tighten it

• 

  Step 8

  Push the other cord through the knot, then you can tighten the knot

• 

  Step 9

  Then knot the 2nd cord around the first cord, and pull that knot tight. Then check to see that both knots are tightened and pull them away from each other or together to see if the cord will “slide” or adjust

• Step 10

  Trim excess off the ends but not too much or the knots will come undone. Then as an extra precaution put nail polish on the tails of your knots to keep them from coming undone. Wait to dry then you can wear it
