a necklace made of paperclips
Because i had got such a buch of pretty coloured paperclips from my dearest friend Sheila i thought i must make one specially for her.
I know she is a old gothic girl so i thought mayby i must make a black white version for her, but with a nice middle piece in front.
I have used the same methode like my other paperclip necklace but i worked on both sides from the end to the middle.
don't worry, i have made a tute for you all;-D

Step 1
Gather all your paperclips together and choose your colours you will use and lay them in the position how you will use them for your necklace..
i have used 25 black ones
4 striped ones
6 white ones
but i've you have some more it' will be smart i had broken some of them and damaged others by my trying outs;-D
Step 2
Start with the closering :
unfold your paperclip and make of this a jumping ring .Look at the picture;-D
Step 3
Making the beads:
1. unfold the paperclip so you will get only a long wire.

2. fold this in two.

3. make in the middle of the fold a little circel not tooooooo tiny at first because you will later hook the second "bead" an this circel togehter.

4. bend this part on the way of the pict.

5. then start with the legs.
the left leg you must winding in a crips to the outside, or make one and fold him to the outside. look to the pict.
then you must winding a crips in the other leg to the upposite side.
and huraaay you 've made your first bead. Hang on the this your hook you've made.
Step 4
pick up the next paper-clip and after you followed step 4,
you must pick up bead number one to hook your new bead on through the circel you've made in the end. Look at the picture.
Step 5
The winding crips are above .
watch the picture.
Step 6
Now you start with the winding of the crips .And you've made your seccond bead.
Follow this steps for the third and and fourth bead and so on till you have have made 10 beads and then use a sripe one and go ahead with the black ones till you have made 5 black ones on the string. Now you're done with the first side of the necklace.
Step 7
make without the closering the same steps for the seccond part of the necklace.
Step 8
making the connection:
unfolding the paperclip and bend him in the middle. With a plier more tight.
Step 9
Connect the bended paperclip to the first bead of this necklace chain.
Watch to the picture how you must do that.;-D
Step 10
Make in the bending a hook like the picture is showing you. and make it more closed after you have have hold it thought the open side of the first bead.
Step 11
Make the jumpring you've made more tight and closed after you have have hold it thought the open side of the first bead.
Step 12
the flower that connecting the two parts of the necklace in the middle.
You need 7 white papercilps for this.
Unfold them, and bend 5 of them in the middle with a hook like the picture is showing you.
and the other one make a ring.
(i show you on the picture not only white paperclips but that was only for the picture.) so don't get confused.LOL
Step 13
on this picture you can see beter how you must make the paperclips into the flower leave parts of the middle.
Step 14
hang the first white bended paperclip he has now a Z bend shap to the rond opening of the black bead.
Step 15
Hold the legs of your white bead trough the black ring like the picture is showing you and bend the leg in a nice circle. t, ;-D
Step 16
on this picture both legs are bend in a circle.
Step 17
Do the same with the other site of the chain
Step 18
make the bead to the ring , and you have made a conncetion of the both necklace chains.
Step 19
hang on the circle one of the already bended paperclip like the picture is showing you.
Step 20
hang on the upside of the ring two paperclips and on two beneath the ring.
Start with the the bending fo the legs.
Step 21
bend them all
on this picture you can see that i had only bend the legs of the upperside.
You can see that i have bend them in the way of the the necklace parts.
don't know how i must tell this in english.LOL

bend the lower ones too and you're done!!!! Jippieeee.
now you can give him away or wearing him yourself.
