Step 1-shape your oasis into a dome shape, it is easily cut with a knife.
-position the cupcakes onto the dome with the cocktail sticks. -
Step 2-fill in the gaps & cover the remaining areas of oasis with tissue paper. I used paper doilies too.
Tah dah!
