What I used:Starburst wrappers,elmer's glue,water and glue mixed together, blue and glitter nail polish.
I really like this mask! I made it a little differently than Becky M. I only used starburst wrappers and I covered it with glitter nail polish when I was done. I love how I thought of the idea to paint the lips with blue nail polish because none of the wrappers were blue. I love how sparkly and cool it is! :D

This is great! I covered a mache heart with the cherry starburst wrappers for a friends' birthday. I love the blue lips! Wonderful job!
