I agree with Hayley, and as Monika already told you, there's also the Colour Swap that's open to Newbies, you can sign up for either that or the Newbie vs Vet swap. You can also ask for a swap on the Personal Swap Request thread, but consider people are reluctant to swap with someone who hasn't taken the Newbie vs Vet swap first and proven to be a reliable swapper.
