Does anyone have a 3/4 inch paper punch

I have been searching and searching and searching for a paper punch approx. 3/4 of and inch to make marble magnets but every one i could find had almost 10.00 in S&H. I dont think they are worth that much so i was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy one used or not for under 6 dollars. (With S&H included in that)

I went on Ebay and thought i bought one for a great price but when I finally got it in the mail it was waaay smaller than I expected 3/16ths. I tried to see if i could return the item or swap for correct size and was turned down. I'm making marble magnets to sell to make enough money to pay for my mother in laws colon surgery. And I never thought doing a good deed could be so difficult.
