construction help?

Your link doesn't work so it's difficult to help.
There are two ways on a boned bodice or the second is an elasticated top.If you let us know where to look I'm sure we can help :0)

I should imagine the tulle or net is stiffened. A lot=)
Are you making one? Ask at the fabric shop for how to do it. It could also be in the way that it's stitched. And the amount of fabric used.

yes i planned on making smt like tht lol ill b goin to a fabric shop soon i also planned on using millinery but i cant find a place where its sold in stores
