Emy.e and Mod podge

OMG i live in australia and we don'thave mod podge what else can I use that is just as good

3 parts PVA glue to one part water. You get a satin finish rather than a gloss one but it works just as well. It's what I use all the time=)

No idea, try it and see.
The "recipe" is one found on various websites for use as a decoupage medium.
