Friends to review my shop?
Hey Friends!
I've just opened my new shop over on CraftCafe.co. With tons of new items (over 100)!
I need some people to look through my shop though and give me feedback. Such as quality pictures, over all site, is it easy to navigate, do the descriptions describe the items well/correctly. That sort of thing.
I want people who will be willing to go through and actually read everything and check out pictures. You'd also need to review about 15 items.
Here's to good part though - I'm willing to give you FREE jewelry in exchange for your help I will give you a $$$ Off coupon to use on craftcafe.co. So you can use it to get free jewelry or put it towards something more expensive. If I think you did an amazing job, I'll give you a larger coupon, than if you just looked over a handful of things. But my jewelry is very affordable so you'll definitively get something!
Please post here and I'll message you ^_^
Serious inquiries only please.

I checked out the site and you've got a lot of really cute stuff and reasonably priced too. The site is pretty simple to navigate and your photos are really clear; you've made sure to get several angles that's always good. (btw what kind of camera do you use?)
I noticed that you tend to list the ring sizes, bracelet and necklace lengths but don't always mention the size of the charms (example: Splatter Beads Bracelet, Brass maple leaf ear rings and the copper lucite flowers necklace) you may want to have something like a penny next to the jewelry (in at least one of the group photos) so people will have a better idea of the charm's size.
I know you just opened your shop but I think when you get a chance you may want to include a link to your CO&K account in your blog section just so people can see some of your other work; who knows maybe they’ll want to purchase some of the stuff that isn’t included on your shop page.
The last thing I’d suggest is that you go through and correct the grammar/spelling errors. If someone wanted to find some jewelry decorated with aluminum they might not come across your “Blue Aluminium Wire Wrapped Ring” bc of spelling.
There are a few errors on your Shop Info page, your vs. you’re, accommodate, something, whats vs. what’s and change dervice to service in your shop policy section. “Please convo me if you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail 2-3 day dervice for $5.00.”
Also, it’s not clear whether or not you offer refunds, although it is indicated that you offer exchanges. Aside from these issues, the shop is looking good. You’ve got a pretty nice variety of things and great photos. You just might want to edit the typos and add some additional information about charm sizes. Good luck with your shop!
I will check!(:
I checked,
some things I noticed.
~on one item it says "*Gift Wrapping on this item is free, just leave me a note that you would like it.*" and another says "
*Gift wrapping is free with any order, just let me know that you'd like it.*" So maybe choose one or the other for every item to say? I like the last one.
~and here "http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=4596"you say "I can shorten it for no charge if you'd like." I feel something along the lines of "This item can be shorten free of charge upon request". It just sounds so much more professional!
Same here http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=1823
~I like that you mentioned your supplier. "~Keepin' it in the Cafe~
These lovely Blue Impression Jasper Beads were bought from our friends at http://craftcafe.co/shop/beadeliza/" here (http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=18181) and I don't know if you'd want to; but id mention something alone the lines of" If you find specific beads you like from this site we can work out a deal" but thats if you'd want to.
~here (http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=14381 ) you say "~Check out the matching bracelet as well~" Link it?
~here ( http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=14376) you say "This cord for this necklace is 28 inches long. If you'd like it shortened, just ask. " Its probably a stupid opinion of mine but 'upon request' sounds so much better to me.
Same here too. http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=14374
and here http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=1552
~I like that you mentioned "The beads cannot be removed from the chain, unless the clasp is completely taken apart. " here (http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=10167 )
~I think you should display all necklaces on a mannequin like here http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=1506. ) helps visually to see the length i think.
All theese to be changed possibly? ( more too I think)

~found a typo here ( http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=1488) "It close with a toggle clasp." should be "It closes with a toggle clasp."
~ I love you use sea glass (http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=14392)
~ do you separate sets (http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=17366) some people do upon request.
~ this may be me not being good with easy, but I can't find your profile...hmm
~ Another suggestion is mentioning how your items are packaged, if theres shipping involved, and do you use UPS? normal US mail??
~ And where would a custom inquirery be made??
Other than that I looked at like every item and you have some wonderful things! and your prices are competitive but not.. Im not sure what I'm trying to say you have good prices! good luck!
I agree with the incredible Suzy lee about linking some of your profiles to the site!

And personally i love this http://craftcafe.co/shop/blossomingdesignsjewelry.php?viewproduct=1634
Ok First @ Suzy Lee-
I try and cover all angles of the item and I just use my iphone actually, lol. I had a camera that was way old, but I dropped it while taking pics one day. I find that my iphone actually works pretty well.
Sometimes I try and mention the size of charms/beads. But unless they are really large I don't bother. I like your idea of having something for reference in the pics. Like a coin. I think I'd go get a bright and shinny penny, not an old ugly one, lol.
I like liking my shops to my other pages, but I wasn't sure if it would seem unprofessional to link my shop to my personal page here on CO+K. Do you think that would be an issue?
Let me just say that I am terrible with spelling/grammar :S I try really hard, but it is just something that doesn't stick in my brain. I guess my creative side over powers everything else! Anyway I downloaded Google Chrome browser for the specific reason that it has spell-check on it. I'm also always double checking spelling on my hubby, lol. He does paper work all day for work, so I am always asking how to spell things, because he is awesome at it. Thanks for the correction on the aluminum ring!
I looked over my shop info page, and saw the things you mentioned. The problem was that I just copied and pasted the info from my Etsy store, and when I wrote that I didn't have Google Chrome. So I fixed those.
Oh and refunds - I guess I'd better add something to the info about that, lol.
I'll message you about what item/coupon you'd like as a thank you!!
And now
@ Brook-
The gift wrapping info changes, because some listings were imported from my etsy store and others I had to start re-writing. But I'll look into them and see if I can't stream line the phrase. Along with the changing of the sizes
I'm glad you noticed the "Keepin' it in the Cafe" I thought of it all by myself! I love the idea of keeping people browsing around the site and going to other shops.
Oh and those listing that needed to be linked, are fixed now
I understand what your saying about "upon request" sounding better. I get into the habit of typing like I causally speak, lol.
Oh how I loath that faux neck!!!!!!!!!!!! It's so dark that against the white light box back drop that it washed out all the colors in the jewelry. Editing is a pain in my neck, I tried it out with a ton of necklaces, but only a few actually look alright on it. I thought about buying some stretchy fabric in a light grey or cream and pining it around the black velvet. Because I like the idea of the display, but that black just ruins it for photographing But I agree with you that it does help a lot with seeing how the necklace lays.
I fixed the "closes with a toggle clasp" typo
I love buying/finding real sea glass, but the prices are crazy. So working with faux sea glass really helps with my prices
For the coffee set, I have only made those beads in the set, but they turned out so well that I want to make more in the future. To turn in to separate pieces! I was really please with them.
I don't know what you mean by you can't find my profile?
The only place I mentioned how I mail is in my shop info/ policies. I thought that I might get too crowded having a ton of info at the bottom of each item. Do you think I should add that into the bottom of all of them? I ship First Class (regular) mail with the USPS.
I guess the only place a custom item can be asked about is buy messaging the shop. I'll try and add some info to my shop info/ policies about it.
I don't get what you mean about "competitive, but not". Is that a good thing or a bad thing? lol
I'll message you about what item/coupon you'd like also
I think buying some stretchy material is a great idea!! a tshirt? thats stretch fabric and im sure you have an unwanted one laying around(:
The coffee set was only an example. I meant that in terms of all your sets.
(I don't know what you mean by you can't find my profile? ) Theshop info/ policies thing. Im not sure either( link the shop info/ policies?)

(: yay!
(I don't get what you mean about "competitive, but not". Is that a good thing or a bad thing? lol ) Good thing, my grammar was off haha. Reasonable prices.(:

I'll look at your sited
Hi Pamela I just checked out the Web site and I love it the only thing is I tried to access the vintage section and could not access that section, and the other thing I notice but it just could be that I was using my cell phone when look at the site is when I'm going through different pages of purchased items that there is no indication of what page I'm on, other then that I love the site the prices are reasonable and affordable. Peace
@ Celestine - Did you look at my shop or the general site? I need people to review my listings in my shop.
I thought I was looking at ur shop but I'll look again
Ok I looked again and I do apologize on the last post

My suggestion instead of saying If you need the length changed, just ask. You could say the length can be adjust upon request, and that all of the other necklaces that you say about adjust the length size I feel that what I stated earlier would be more professional.
everything else look very good what I said.earlier was the only thing I seen that need to be change the jewelry and pic r beautiful
I still say that when going through each page it didn't indicate what page I was on. once again love everything and good luck
Had a quick look through beautiful items and very cheap, on some of the more complex braclets and even some of the rings you could up the price
