Etsy Shop Name, Help!
So, Im really new to this website and I am trying to start an etsy shop. I heard that your name can either make you or break you. Ive seen a ton of shops with a adorable names and I need some help coming up with something cute. Im going to be selling mostly home decor.
Any suggestions are more than welcome
I think your name is cute. Maybe something like "Tiffany Noelle Home". I'll do some more brain storming maybe I can help you out.
what type of things are you going to sell?
I like my name too and thanks! brainstorming is always good, Ive been thinking all day long about it!
I am going to mostly be selling home decore things, like wall art, picture frames, flower arragments, just cute lil odds and ins for your home...
How would you describe your aesthetic? Maybe you can pull some ideas from that. I think the shop names that are best give you an overall sense of the style of items you'll find there. There should also be something memorable about it - like alliteration or rhyme or something so that it will stick in people's minds. I know the etsy blog has a bunch of article about opening your shop; I think there are a few with naming tips.
Here are some brainstorms for you:
-Picture This/Picture Perfect or something else that describes what you are selling
-Noelle rhymes with dwell and swell, belle/bell, lapel, pastel, rebel, dispel and retell (assuming it is pronounced like "noel")
-I also think interesting combos stick out; like "Buttons and Bullets", a quirky jewelry store; "Taffy and Taffeta", "Roses and Skulls" or "Sandpaper Sky". They make you want to see how those things go together.
Hope that helps!
Thanks Kat! That totally helps! I really like the Buttons and Bullets one! and I love things with lace...and Sandpaper Sky is also great...Its just hard to come up with something so theme realated because I just make random home things...hehe
I think "Tiffany Noelle Home" sounds good.
Or "Tiffany+Noelle Home" ?
Sometimes simple is better.
I agree simple is good...simple and catchy
