Missing Project Buttons!

I recently was going to add several projects to my favorites and lists, and when I went to do that, I realized that the buttons on the projects were missing. Now it's impossible to add any projects to favorites or lists. Is anybody else having this problem?

There is a tech problem......Tom says that it should be working but maybe he has to fix it again....
