This may be the wrong place, but how do i post a project?

I have some picture that id like to put up as a project, i clicked new project, selected all my options, but when i click OK (which is before it gives me an option to put any text or pictures in) it says OOPS theres been an error... ive tried a zillion times, am i doing something wrong or does the server just go down sometimes? is there somewhere with this info already? thanks

The site was being updated yesterday I think, kept being slow and stuff so it might work now.
