Trouble uploading pictures to projects
So, as the title says, I've had some trouble uploading pictures to my projects. It was fine yesterday. Or, somewhat fine. It started out fine, but after some pictures successfully uploaded, the rest just refused. It's not just one project, it's all of them. I can't upload any pictures. I've tried different browsers (Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer), both by uploading a picture from my computer and from a link. I even tried uploading from my smartphone (Android), using a fourth kind of browser (Dolphin browser HD).
Is there a limit or something that prevents me from uploading more pictures? Or is it a bug? FAQ doesn't say anything about it.
Thanks in advance.
Funny you should mention it, because I had issues with the photos for projects I uploaded yesterday. The pics uploaded eventually but the main picture box is blank when I look at it ( on the recently published pages, my projects bit on my profile and on the individual project pages). The rest of the photos show fine.
I'd be interested to know if someone else CAN see them...
If you get a minute to check, the projects in question are: "Harry Potter Jewellery", "Harry Potter Stationery" and "Earrings".
Have you published the ones you are having issues with? If so, I can check & tell you what I see on the screen.
Other than that, I'm afraid my only suggestion would be to try it again and if you still don't have any luck, click on the "tell Tom" link and ask for advice from their tech support guy.
Good Luck! Hope ya get it sorted soon!
I can see the pictures, all 6 and 8 and 7 of them. And neat projects, I must say!
I've got this project which I can't publish since I can't upload a picture to it. So. Uhm. The other projects, which I would like to add extra pictures to, is published but I can't upload any new pictures to them either.
The "Tell Tom"-thingy. Great! I was hoping that there might be something like that. I've seen the "Tell Tom"-link, but I didn't get what it was for. I'll go do that right away.
He's great! and very helpful & friendly
Oh, and thanks for checking!! (and liking <3 )
Reduce file size to less than 5 MB is the most common prob ;)
I second Essex Debs, I resize my pictures to web large, since my program has a predefined sizing chart already established.
