Pressie for 14 year old girl

I would love to make or buy a pressie for a girl who has just turned 14. She loves vampires and is very Tom boy but I think deep down she would like to be more girly. So I was wondering if anyone knows of something I could make or buy for her that she would consider "cool" I am open to all suggestions thank you for your help =]

Jewelry is always good, just don't make it too fancy. Make it something fun, maybe vampire-related! I think that a fang necklace would be pretty cool!

If she's more tomboyish than girly, then don't get her something super girly. Think about the things she likes, such as her hobbies or her favorite bands, and get her something that fits with those things. Or, you could use a hand-made stencil to make her a t-shirt with one or more of those things on it!

Also, teen girls usually end up in need of things to carry other things around in, so you could make her a tote bag of some sort!

My final suggestion: Almost all teenage girls (myself included) LOVE plushies/stuffed animals! Make or buy her something cute!

I think a hand-printed/stenciled bag sounds good, I had this image of a bag with an old vampire movie poster printed on it, like these:

Or maybe something for her room, like Debbie-chan said find out what bands she likes and buy her a cool poster or something? I was obssessed with decorating my walls with posters/magazine clipouts as a teen.

I've also seen cool necklaces with two red beads on the side so they look like a vampire bite, she might like that and it would be really easy to make.

I had slightly more tom boyish friends who loved vampires. Im 16 but the best advice I can give, are cool tu tu like skirts with spider fabrics or red netting give a girly feel whilst not being over powering girly wise. Also bracelets, and custom bags make excellent choices for less girly girls.

When I was 14 a gift of make-up would have been probably the most welcome. Even if she is tom-boyish she will at times want to at least play with make-up a bit. I'd purchase her some make-up staples and then show her how to put it on.

when i was 14 i wanted video games. mario ones lol. no girly stuff at all. i wore trousers,no makeup and had a boys backpack.

Hmmm, possibly a t shirt with a vampire related thing on or a band t shirt. You could make one with transfer paper/vinyl pretty easy. Then it's personal but not too girly/boyish.

Also it depends which vampires... whether it's team edward or anti-twilight kinda makes a difference to vampire related gifts, lol.

If it's twilight there is loads of projects on the site for bags, tees and bracelets =]

If she has never read the Vampire Academy series I think that would be a good gift, esp if she's a reader.
When I was around this age my aunt would always get me a new purse with small travel size bottles of lotion, gum, perfume, lip gloss, ect. If she is pretty tomboyish you could make her a bag that wouldn't bee too girly, maybe something in camo or that looks like an army medic pack?

the site i can has cheesburger has a blog that has heaps of cute stuff on it and links to how tos and onlie stores its called must have cute stuff. They had vampire fang icecubes on there once what kinda vamps is she into people either love twilight type vamps and hate dracula or vice versa
