Problems Uploading Videos from Youtube

I'm trying to upload a video to my How-To, it's already on YouTube and I linked my YouTube account with my CO+K one.

When I click on the drop down box it is blank. I don't want to upload it again as it took me ages to upload it to YouTube as it was...

Help!!

I have tried to "reconnect" my YouTube and CO+K account together. Both the first time and second time were successful so I know that is not the problem. When I click on "Use video from youTube account" the drop-down box is still blank, I've still published my How-To but I've had to put the YouTube link in step 1 since I can't put my YouTube video on my tutorial Happy

Please help me...
