Messed Up Site

We're doing a complete rewrite of the site which we hope to have launched on Monday which will fix all of these issues.

It's a really big job, so at the moment there are some issues for members using Internet Explorer. If you can try using an alternative browser in the meantime, that should work!

Hi Crafterella. I'm having issues with text size. I'm using Internet Explorer. The box I'm writing in now is showing text that is very small and the box is huge. I can use Ctrl + to make the site page bigger and the text bigger but the message box takes up 3/4 of my page and I cannot see the message I am responding to. I have deleted items from my task bar but it makes little difference. Also as soon as I click on a board subject the blank message box comes up blanking out the messages even though I haven't clicked to add a message :/

Hey, sorry the site's all out of shape at the moment, we're putting up massive updates so that the site works well in every browser and will be going over it all before the weekend it out!

Thanks Cat. I've done a bit of 'spring cleaning' of my system too to make it run a bit faster. I like the idea of the speech bubble block at the side off profile pics on comments. Nice touch. Will the project boxes go back to their previous size and shape?

Yes they will. Sorry about that, we're still doing lots and lots of changes!

I really like how the new site is coming along so keep up the good work guys. Hope we aren't being too demanding, we just wanted to let you know of any faults just in case you haven't come across them yet. But I agree with Sheila, the text is rather small in the huge box to reply, I have to get closer to the screen!! Lol.

I haven't been able to access and post projects for over a week. Is this down because of the changes you guys are making or is this something with my account?

I have the same problem with text size too and I use mozillz (hate IE) so using a different browser won't help, but I'm not bothered by it. I'm patient in waiting for the site to be updated, so far I'm liking it so do your thing guys!

Hi Ruby. One of our fellow crafters on here suggested that I use Ctrl & + buttons. It makes the whole screen bigger and you can do it in increments. Saved my eyes from strain. Just use Ctrl & - to take the screen size back down

Yeah I know how to do that, but like you said you can't see the rest of the screen! Not a problem, I'm happy to wait too But thank you anyway Sheila.
