Avatar Problems

Hello!

I'm having trouble changing my avatar picture... I uploaded a new photo and set it as my current avatar, which at first looked to have worked. However when I posted a comment on someone's project I noticed that my old photo was still showing. I deleted the old photo thinking this would work but it hasn't Happy

When I look at my profile the new avatar shows but when I go to account settings the old one appears.

I have the same problem, which is why I delete all my pictures first (which is why my avatar is a blank person) and THEN I will upload the picture I want to use. Tis an annoying and long arse way to go about changing picture!!
