Delete items in lists?

i'm wondering how i can delete an item from one of my lists?

to be specific i created a new list called "Done" to put the projects i already did in it and want to switch the projects from 1 list into the Done one, but right now ...their just in both since i can't figure out how to delete them out of their old list....

Help?
