Twilight series!!!

omg i just finished the second one and i have the third one, but im waiting to read it until i get on the plane to go home!!! i <3 edward cullen!!!! cant wait for the movie to come out

Ok, so I HATE teen books, I've been reading dean Koontz and Stephen King since I was around 10, so i figured i would HATE these books.

But honestly, they are AMAZING! The only vampire books that I've ever liked were Anne Rice [even though she is SO friggin long winded!]and I fell in LOVE with these books. My friend gave me the first on day one, finished it over night, day two i went to barns and nobles and got the second, which I read that night, and the next day, and then day four I got the third book, and read it by the next morning.

So 4/5 days to read the entire series.

and I finished the third one a few months ago, so its been AGONY waiting for the fourth book to come out!!!

i heart edward! great books!

i'm not a huge fan of fantasy but i have read a few. they are definitely interesting...
and for young twilight fans i recommend buffy the vampire slayer series. i'm not too fond of that though. however its a great easy read. pretty well written, yet the characters and plot are definitely for intense fantasy fans.

yeah i was very reluctant to pick these books up, but I did and now I am so engrossed its a tad obsessive. I am at number 3...and am sort of scared becuase of all the mixed reviews I have heard about the final book. I really want it to be good!

I heard about them but havn't picked one up yet. Since I can't do much I might get a few and read them

Oh gosh, the last book is AMAZING!! So don't be scared! Everything that could POSSIBLY happen, does - and it all ends up very nicely. So read it chika!! You'll be glad you did!!!

I too was reluctant to read them but K@ti gave me a copy of hers and I fell in love! So far I've only read the first one, I'm a slow reader and have a lot of other books I want to read so it'll probably take me a while to get to the other books in the series. I really hate the actor they chose for Edward, he looks nothing like how I imagined him,I'm very pissed about that....

I agree! I picture Edward as kind of soft featured... not quite so sharp... does that make sense? I mean, yes the guy they chose is good looking, but his features are too sharp and square, and he doesn't look like he could portray this great love for Bella like in the book. He's more of a i'll just kick your ass and save the girl type.... I don't like it!!! I probably won't watch the movie... it looks like it's going to be a bit... cheesy. Which is terrible, since the books are so good! I do like the girl they chose for Bella, though. And Alice! I thought she was pretty close, as well.

I just bought my first book. Going to read it and tell u all how I feel about it
