How will I be able to do this?

So, my sisters high school graduation is in 2 weeks I believe. And of course, people find graduation gifts necessary. I wanted to give her something personal, but not sappy personal. We are close, but not I will cry because I will miss you close, like, hey, don't suck in college, I guess I'll miss you close. That doesn't sound close, but, it works somehow. Anyways, for her graduation gift I was going to write her a letter and make her a video, which is what I need help with. I wanted to make a video for her, kind of like the one is Bandslam, (stupid movie, but I still love it) the movie, which is where I got my inspiration. That is like our sister movie, we watch it together all the time. In the video Will is talking about Sam and stuff, and I wanted a movie sort of like that. I wanted to play the song Young Folks, same in the movie, all the way through and that would be in the background. In it I wanted to start with me in her school filming looking at my feet, wearing her shoes so it is like I am her. Then I would go through with a few of her favorite teachers, family members, friends ect. and ask them one question each like "Why is Corina special to you?" and, I don't know other things like that. I would like some ideas of questions to ask, since that is the only one I have. I would just generally like some tips on how to pull it off, I am not sure. I am gonna get my mom to help me figure out who to talk to, and I am not sure the song is long enough. Hmm. I will have to borrow a camera probably. But yeah. Question suggestions and help with my song problem. And I am still not sure how to pull this off. You guys are smart. Help me out?

gahhhhh, hmm i love this idea, i guess u could use some effects hmmm i like using Sony Vegas. Or be creative! , use the special effects you all ready have on the camera . POINTERS: get someone to film it for you so it doesn't look a hot mess, and make sure that there isn't a lot of sound in the background. I guess you could make like a slideshow of your sister in the end (or beginning). and for your music problem, i'm pretty sure the camera would have a feature like that if you connect it to the computer to edit it. That's all I got.Hope I helped-ish.

Thanks PinkWeeds, that was helpful. At first I was confused when you said how did you meet my sister, I thought you where talking to me. But then I figured it out-- That helped though. And thanks Amaka- I definitely will use the camera effects, which for some reason I had not thought of....
