OH MY GOD OH MY GOD

Oh, there is so much to see all over the world. I used to pour over the National Geographics magazines at the school library. Saved pictures of all the places I wanted to go. Now I am not so hurried to see them all. The US has so many interesting places to see also. So, for now I am traveling in my comfy chair. Just because you don't have the funds to travel or the time you can couch-potatoe-travel, save the cuttings and travel brochures in a binder and when you can travel you will have accumulated a plan to make the most out of your trip. Scrap book ahead of time, that will encourage you to save and focus you on the plan. Can you imagine all the fun you can do planning and so when you do go it will be that much more of a complete adventure and you will be sure not to miss the spots you really want to see? Patience and plan to make the most out of your trip in the future. Take advantage of your youth and the youth hostels, they are cheap accommodation's. Focus on staying in remote villages and the country to get a flavor of the real people and the lifestyle. Attend local fund raisers on trips to support the communities and they have things they will share with you that will last a lifetime of travel and perhaps you will make a new penpal or friend in the process.

Yeh I live in the same country that has stone henge and I've never been to it!!!!! I really want to go to Cornwall, sounds lovely but is more expensive then going abroad!

Where I live has some nice places actually, like this whole load of land that is probably being preserved by law, it's bleak up in those hills but it's lovely I bet there's all sorts of little animals to go and find up there!

Stonehenge is rubbish. I'm sure it was great once but now they've put a path around it and you have to walk around that, you're not allowed to go any closer, and you can have an audio guide! *cringe*

We have a similar place in Ireland called Newgrange and it is amazing! I went when I was a kid and was just in awe of it. I am not sure but I think you can still go inside. And on the solstice there is a raffle to get in to see the light light up the chamber! This is an really beautiful area too, in the Boyne Valley, where Tara is too.(the ancient seat of the High Kings of Ireland) I have never been to Tara though.

Yeah I can't believe they ruined Stonehenge. It's like this beautiful, magical place and you can't go near it. I'd love to get in there and touch it and stuff =)
