oh noes, gum desease

hey guys, visited the dentist today and found out that even though I have perfect teeth, no cavities or anything. I have the start of gum desease.!!!!!!

Gosh. It scared me. He told me I need to brush for three mins, and use mouthwash. I had one heck of a cleaning too. It really hurt, next one in three weeks

I'm horrible. I just brush my teeth in the morning in the shower. And I smoke like a chimney. Gum disease will surely find me next :/

i am so afraid of the dentist i haven't been since 2002- i'm sure i have awful cavities but, i loathe the dentist so much. whenever i go i have major anxiety attacks Happy sorry michelle (((HUGS)))
