Friendship is Magic

Anyone else watching the new My Little Pony series? I've only just discoverd it, and I'm loving it.

I never really cared for MLP as a kid, but the new style cartoon (from Lauren Faust who worked on Powerpuff Girls and Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends) is hilarious. Its even crossing the divide and appealing to guys too!

weird! i would've thought it would be mega-babyish. I used to be totally infatuated with PPG and I really liked foster's too. Tongue

Its particularly nice as it doesn't patronise its viewers, and unlike many shows aimed at little girls, it doesn't revolve around boys and fashion.

It even passes the Bechdel Test!
