Fabric flower belt tutorial help

I've just bought a lovely new plum coloured dress for xmas parties. I thought a nice waist belt would set it off and make it look more individual.

I have something in particular in my head. I remember seeing a while ago a tutorial on a blog for a ribbon belt style belt with lots of purple fabric flowers in a cluster on the front. I think it was inspired by a missoni belt and could have been from a couple of years ago.

I can't for the life of me remember the blog name or how I found it (it might have been a link via CO+K). I was wondering if anyone new what I was on about or have come across something similar? Cheers!
