Full time carer, no job......

So now i have handed my notice in and im now a full time carer for my mum, need to do everything on a buget. Anyone have any suggestions to keep me occupied on a budget?

I would just like to remind you that having social time with friends is important. Having someone over for coffee and talks is very inexpensive and still gives you social time,
Many times it benefits both you and your friend.
