From PDFtoDOC download?

Often when I see a project, there is a sign that says "Download PDFtoDOC". Is this how I get the projects? If I click and download this, will the project come with it? Is this download okay? Just asking before I do this, as I've done this on other sites and the program takes over my HP printing settings. I appreciate your help ahead of time. Thank you!

if something tells me to download something i usually don't do it cuz im afraid it'll be a virus or something but that's just me. maybe click the picture or look for a see pattern button without downloading if your worried

Don't do it.... If you have Adobe on your computer - which most do - you don't need to download anything else in order to view a PDF file and you don't need to convert the file to a DOC. Microsoft can do that for you if you need it - which you most likely don't.
This is a trick to get you to buy software that you only need when you do a lot of tech stuff and want to convert the type of file you create or receive.
