Please help with stencilling, I have an issue... :(

I've finished my stencil and dried it out on the shirt. when i flex the shirt/bend it too much the paint cracks a bit, it hasn't fallen off yet but I'm worried does anyone have any tips on how to make it more flexible.

What kind of paint did you use?

Have you ironed the paint on the shirt after it dried? Fabric paints usually requires it. Happy Or maybe the paint layer is too thick.
