How to start a blog on cut out and keep/help

I want to start a user blog, but I can't find a link for users. Do anyone know how to create a blog on here?

When you log in, the black bar at the top of the screen has a link to your profile, notifications, projects, blogs, favorites, and more. Click on the Blog button and you should be able to post a blog from there.

Thamk you for your help, but at the top of my screen there is no blog section. I just have notifications, projects,____, then favorites, lists and so on. Oh well for now.

there is no blog button until u start a blog.
