Wow, it's been a while!
I don't think I've posted in months now!
How's everyone doing?
I've been busy with school and some family stuff.
And I'm finally teaching myself how to crochet!
That's awesome that you are learning how to crochet. I wish I had the patience for it! We just had a little run in with some rude person on a post Rawr.Rawr.x put up a little bit ago. It's kinda sad that some people feel the need to be mean on here.
Well, mean people don't get very far.
Glad to see you back
Welcome back Monika! I've been great thanks apart from that rude person on the boards the other day. It was nice to see that so many people stuck up for me though =]
I'm busy with AS-Level exams at the moment so I'm really busy, but life's good =]
Great to have you back
I'm still in Seattle area. Now Studying Fiber Arts at the University of Washington and playing here.
Leading Tactile Art Classes for the visually impaired.
Given up trying to learn to crochet ! Can chain but that's about it.Have discover trianglar knitting needles which are cool for my aging hands
It's nice to see you Monika! I've been thinking the past few days about doing a review on your awesome face soaps on my blog.
Hey Debs, the visually impaired art classes sound great. I'd love to hear more about it sometime.
In a previous life, when I was a Body Shop consultant, I did some make-up demos for the local RNIB - that was something
I was lucky that the limited edition stuff that year was all crayon stick based, so a lot of it could be applied by touch.
A review would be awesome! I'm running lots of coupon codes right now for my shop. I have a few open house and art fair events coming up in November and December, and I'm working on getting my merchant's license so I can start an actual business. Imagine, 21 and a small business owner
Glad you all are doing so well I can only chain stitch in crochet right now as well... but I think on DollarStoreCrafts there's a really cool multi-strand scarf project. I'm trying to make one scarf every night to bulk up what I have for arts&crafts fairs.
