I'm not sure what type is the lip balm type, but I use the kind with coco butter to remove my water proof eye makeup. Also good for dry skin and to give a shine to older leather.

i have the white petroleum jelly- i thought it was just for lipbalm, but apparently not!

It's great as a barrier when dying hair to stop dye running down your face. Also a brilliant barrier for small burns to put under a dressing to stop discomfort and reduce chances of infection.

When I was younger and we had school plays, I'd put vaseline on my entire face before we applied the costume make-up, then it made it easier to remove it afterwards

Yeah vaseline is definitely a good multipurpose make-up remover. Sometimes I also use it for lip color, you put vaseline on and then you put eyeshadow or blush over it for a pretty color. My grandma also puts vaseline on her feet everyday to keep it from being dry and wrinkly Tongue
